Instructor Course
The JustStaySafer Instructor Course is a structured, four-day training programme designed to prepare you to teach self-defence professionally.
Across the programme, you’ll cover:
- Prevention-first self-defence techniques designed specifically for women
- Attacker psychology and practical de-escalation strategies
- Trauma-informed coaching and safeguarding
- Legal responsibilities and ethical teaching practice
- Structured lesson planning and workshop delivery
- How to approach schools, organisations and corporates
- A clear framework for turning this into a sustainable income stream
The FOUR Days:
Day 1: Delivering Training Core values, ethics, lesson planning, how to structure and deliver sessions. You’ll actually practise teaching and get feedback. Portfolio work included.
Day 2-3: Understanding conflict, de-escalation strategies, and managing difficult situations. Personal Safety & Self-Defence Law, legislation, case studies. Prevention-first techniques. Practical skills. Delivery assessment.
